FAQ
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there is a minimum charge of GBP 40 or EUR 50 for regular translations or GBP 50 or EUR 60 for certified translations, regardless of the size of the document.
Do I have to pay VAT?
No, VAT will not be charged. Allegro Legal Translations Ltd. is not VAT-registered.
What currency can I pay in?
Allegro Legal Translations can receive payments in GBP and EUR as you prefer.
What payment methods are accepted?
The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer to the Allegro GBP or EUR accounts. Payment by PayPal is also possible subject to a small surcharge to cover the PayPal business fee. For local private clients, payment by cash is also an option.
When do I make payment?
For smaller projects under £100/€100, payment is requested in advance. For larger projects, payment can be split with a proportion paid in advance and the remainder on completion.
